It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District, Willamette River and Downtown also is within walking distance if you are a good walker! The house is located on a quiet dead end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, French bakeries and boutiques begin.
